The Driver Portal closes the longest communication loop in road transport operations. Before this release, dispatchers had to call drivers to confirm departures, drivers photographed CMR documents and sent them over WhatsApp, and fuel receipts arrived at the office days later in a physical folder. Every one of these touchpoints was a potential delay, a missed document, or a lost receipt. The Driver Portal replaces all of them with a structured mobile workflow that keeps every actor updated in real time.

- Departure confirmations, loading confirmations, and delivery confirmations recorded directly by the driver.
- CMR and delivery documents photographed and uploaded from the mobile interface — linked automatically to the order.
- Fuel stop recording with quantity, location, and cost — linked to the current trip and vehicle.
- Real-time status visibility for dispatchers: trip state changes appear immediately in the Operations Center.
- Driver authentication via secure, company-specific access — separated from internal user accounts.
The Driver Portal removes the informal communication layer that slows down modern transport operations. Every departure, delivery, and document is now structured, timestamped, and visible to the entire dispatch team without a single phone call or WhatsApp message.
